3. Subscription Management

Preference update: You can update your preferences at any time by contacting our customer service.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by reaching out to our customer support team.

Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the date of order placement.
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Monthly Subscription Delivery: Your subscription box will be shipped every month within 2 days of your original order date. For example, if you placed your order on the 5th of the month, your subsequent boxes will be shipped by the 7th of each following month.
