Col Fondo Agricolo is a throwback to the traditional methods of sparkling wine production. This organic and vegan wine embraces the 'sur-lie' technique, offering a dynamic and evolving flavor profile that brings history to life in every sip – shake it up if you want to drink it sparkling!
On the nose
Fresh and fruity fragrances, dominated by green apples, which over time develop into more complex mineral and mature fruit notes, constantly evolving thanks to the presence of yeast in the bottle.
On the palate
Crisp initially, then softens over time, offering a unique taste journey with a hint of salt. Invert the bottle before opening - intensify aromas and flavors, making it more fragrant and engaging.
Pairs well with
Aperitifs, starters, and fried fish dishes. It's a versatile bubbly that adds sparkle to any meal.
Shipping Locations
For our Berlin customers we deliver the same day if the order was placed before 3pm. Next day delivery all other cases.
