Why we love it
A tropical escape crafted exclusively from Trebbiano grapes. The magic happens in concrete vats where native yeasts and minimal intervention allow the wine to develop its distinctive character naturally. This is what orange wine should be—expressive and unique without being overwhelming or challenging.
On the nose
Intriguing smoky notes lead the way, followed by luscious stone fruits and concentrated dried apricots. The aromatic profile is completely different from what you'd expect from Trebbiano in its usual white wine form—a testament to what skin contact can achieve with this grape.
On the palate
A full-bodied symphony of flavors that commands attention without overwhelming. There's a wonderful textural element that orange wines are known for—a slight grip that adds structure without the heaviness of red wine tannins.
Pairs well with
Incredibly versatile at the table—try it with white meats, shellfish, and fresh cheeses. The slight tannin structure from the skin contact gives it enough body to handle dishes that might otherwise call for a light red. It's the perfect "in-between" wine when you can't decide what to serve.
